Can I filter leads based on recent activity?

While you can’t directly filter leads by recent activity, the activity feed is automatically arranged based on the latest actions or events related to each lead so the most recent updates appear first.

Can I filter leads or conversations by tag?Absolutely. Just use the filter option in the leads or inbox view, then select the tag(s) you want to filter by.
