If I mark a message as done and they respond, will it come back?
Replies will continue in the thread, but the message stays in ‘Done’ section and won’t reopen.
Replies will continue in the thread, but the message stays in ‘Done’ section and won’t reopen. Use the ‘Mark as To Do’ option at the bottom right to move it back to your To Do section.
