Can I log in using both email/password and Google, or switch between them?

Currently, Breakcold does not support traditional email/password login.

Can I reactivate my account?

Yes, you can resubscribe anytime by initiating a new plan in your Breakcold account.

Can I reconnect my accounts after resolving the payment?

Yes, once payment is completed, your account services should be restored.

Can VAT numbers be added to past invoices?

No. Once an invoice is issued, it’s locked and can’t be changed.

Do you plan to improve your API doc?

The API doc is constantly being improved.

Does Removing My Email Automatically Cancel My Subscription?

No. Removing your email ensures you no longer receive notifications, but it does not terminate an active subscription.

How can I delete my account?

Go to Settings My Profile. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

How Can I Extend My Trial?

No worries! If you don’t have an existing BetterContact account, subscribing to the bundle plan will automatically trigger the setup process for you.

You received a payment reminder because either there is an outstanding due bill or your subscription was not canceled.

Why is the Cancellation Option Missing?

If the cancellation option is not visible in the Plan section: Double-check the email address you used to log in.

Yes. All details linked to your name and email will be removed from our system after cancellation, in line with our data privacy policies.
