Why do I see old posts in the To Engage section, even though newer posts appear in the lead’s profile?
The To Engage section shows posts that you haven’t interacted with in the past 7 days or more, meaning you haven’t liked, commented, or skipped them.
The To Engage section shows posts that you haven’t interacted with in the past 7 days or more, meaning you haven’t liked, commented, or skipped them.
It excludes reposts and is not sorted chronologically, which is why older posts may appear before newer ones.
If a post in the lead’s profile doesn’t show up in To Engage, it likely means you’ve already interacted with it or it’s too recent.
