Yes, you can switch between grid and list views.
Can I export activity logs?
Not at the moment, exporting activity logs is not supported yet.

Absolutely! You can filter alphabetically, by file size, type, and most recently added.
Can I import companies in bulk?
Yes, you can. You can import companies in bulk using a CSV file.
Can I rename the file that I uploaded?
Yes, just hover over the file in grid view.
Can I search for a file by name?
Yes! There’s a dedicated search box in the Files section to help you quickly find files by name.
Can I upload files to a lead, company, or deal in Breakcold?
Yes, you can now upload files directly from any lead, company, or deal profile.
How can I import custom fields using a CSV file?
Importing custom fields via CSV is a simple way to update or add detailed information to your lead or contact database.
How do I export a list to CSV or Excel?
Look for the “Export” option within the list view.
How do I export companies in Breakcold?
To export your companies: 1. Go to the Companies tab in Breakcold 2.
How Do I Switch Between LinkedIn Profiles?
You can select which LinkedIn account you want to engage with directly under each post in the feed.
Is there a limit when uploading a file?
Yes, the standard upload limit is 20MB
Is there a way to attach documents to profiles or records?
Yes! You can attach files directly from the Files section within the lead, company, or deal profile.
What file types are supported for uploading?
