# Why is my LinkedIn status stuck on “Authenticating” and how do I resolve it?

To resolve this:

Delete the current LinkedIn connection from your [Accounts settings](https://app.breakcold.com/accounts).

2. Reconnect your LinkedIn account by going through the authentication process again.

**Note:** Deleting the connection will not delete any of your data. Once reconnected, Breakcold will automatically resync all your LinkedIn data.
