You can control how much access your team has to your email by choosing one of the following levels: * **No Access** – Only you can view and manage your emails. * **Read Only** – Team members can view your emails but cannot take any action. * **Read and Send** – Team members can view your emails and reply on your behalf. * **Full Access** – Team members can fully manage your email account and all messages.
