# How to Set Up Your Email Signature?

> ⚠️ Important: If you're using an HTML signature , make sure to leave HTML mode ON turning it off will break your formatting.

## Step-by-Step Instructions:

**Step 1:** Go to **Accounts** and select your email account.
​**Step 2:** Scroll down to the **Email Signature** section.
​**Step 3:** Write or paste your signature, then **save**.
