# How does “Last Interaction” work?

> It tracks new interactions only, emails and direct messages that are sent, and the data refreshes every 24 hours.

It tracks new interactions only, emails and direct messages that are sent, and the data refreshes every 24 hours.

We’re working on making it retroactive, so it will eventually include past interactions as well.
