# Why is the Cancellation Option Missing?

> If the cancellation option is not visible in the Plan section: Double-check the email address you used to log in.

If the cancellation option is not visible in the Plan section:

* **Double-check the email address you used to log in.** It must match the one under which the subscription was created.
* **Ensure you have full permissions for account and plan management.** If permissions appear limited, reach out to Breakcold support for assistance.
* **Confirm there are no pending or due bills on your account.** Any outstanding payments must be settled before the cancellation option becomes available.
