# How to Add VAT or Billing Info

> ⚠️ Important: These changes will only apply to future invoices .

⚠️ **Important:** These changes will only apply to **future invoices**.
We **cannot modify or reissue past invoices** with updated details once they’ve been generated.

## How to add VAT or update invoice details

If you need your invoices to include your company name, VAT number, or any other billing information:

1. Go to **Settings > Billing**
2. Click **Edit billing information**
3. Fill in or update your **company name**, **VAT number**, or any other details
4. Click **Save**
