# How Do I Unsubscribe or Cancel My Subscription?

> ⚠️ Important Refund Policy: Breakcold does not offer prorated refunds.

### ⚠️ Important

**Refund Policy:** Breakcold does not offer prorated refunds. Since cancellations can be done directly from the user interface, no refund will be issued for unused time in your billing cycle.

You may request a refund for a monthly plan **only on the first day** of your subscription if it was a mistake. No refunds are issued for renewals if you forgot to unsubscribe. Refunds on annual plan**s are not available after 30 days**. For full details, please refer to our [Terms and Conditions](https://www.breakcold.com/terms-and-conditions).

**Access After Cancellation:** You'll retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

## Steps to unsubscribe:

1. Log in to your Breakcold account.
2. Go to [Settings](https://app.breakcold.com/accounts?page=0) in the top right corner.
3. Click on the [Plan](https://app.breakcold.com/settings/organization/plan?page=0) section.
4. Scroll down to the bottom.
5. Click on **Cancel Subscription**.
6. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Once canceled, you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
